May Lane
May Lane has been practising and teaching vinyasa yoga for over 18 years. In the last decade, her teaching has been focused on pre and postnatal care of mothers. For the last 4 years, she has been teaching and certifying new Prenatal Yoga teachers for the International Yoga Alliance. Her irreverent sense of humor, fun music, approachability and knowledge of the pregnant body and its specific needs, have made her a favorite of her students. So many of her clients asked her to “be with me when the baby is coming--I need you there”, that May knew it was fated that she train to be a doula. May decided on a DONA certification and studied under Debra Pascali-Bonaro (Orgasmic Birth). She is eager to be at your side, supporting you as your baby enters this world.
